| Looks nice as.How did you get your front bumper support off?Mine was welded on,i actually used it to hold the intercooler on..I also routed the cooler pipes so the turbo blew air into the cooler from the drivers side and out from the passengers so the cold air has less distance to travel through hot pipes and crap. |

hey, umm mine wasnt welded or anything, i just took the support off with the bumper still connected, only had about 4 or 5 bolts...
yeah your way sounds pretty good, there are a few ways u could do it i spose, i just used wat i had and done it pretty cheap, n had an idea of wat i wanted it to look like, really i just wanted to put a bit more boost into her, now just have to put the clutch in and then ill get a test run,
would like to see pic's of ur set up!!! _________________ ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzz |

ok, the engine side of things are almost done, just a few small things left,
ive put a heavy duty RPM upgraded clutch in it, new rear main while i was at it, flywheel skim, new gear box oil, have costom fitted an intercooler with a greddy style blow off valve, also removed the viscous fan, and mounted a electric fan just above the radiator, only using a toggle switch with it, seems to keep things pretty cool under the hood...
have installed a manual boost controller, am running 10 psi of boost atm, just want to make sure everything is in order before pumping it up any more, also have installed a new boost gauge obviously, and an AFR meter, it came with the pod filter and 3 inch turbo back lukey exhaust....probably other things ive forgotten.... now it needs paint, i was thinking a black top to the bottom of the windows, including bonnet, with a phantom purple, then for the interior & mags in the further future _________________ ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzz |

| Lookin pretty shmick..How much was the exhaust if you dont mind me asking? That afr gauge isnt gonna be much good if you hook it up to the standard oxy sensor.Gotta get a wideband sensor for an accurate reading. |

the intercooler size is 650x300x70
and im not putting the old front bumper back on, i dont like the pointed nose, im getting something made up for it,
the old bumper would go on tho, the cooler doesnt really poke out much, you might have to cut n shut a little bit tho... _________________ ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzz |
