How to: Centre gauge modNothing to difficult, i know, just thought there might be some people interested to how you CAN go about installing some gauges. I'm pretty sure this way will only work for those who have a digi dash
First you will need to take out your stereo and climate controls, its jsut a matter of taking out a few screws and unplugging everything out the back.
To take out the centre gauges there will be two or three screws holding it up, once you've taken these off it should just fall down, then just unplug it from the back. Now before you go any further mark the centre of where the gauges are facing. You need to do this as they are not exactly centre, as i found out the hard way  .
Once you've done that you can proceed to take them out off the casing. There are four screws on the back. Take them to remove the backing, once thats done you will need to remove around five to seven screws from the inside, holding the gauges to the face plate. At this stage you should be left with this

You can do what ever you want with the originals and the backing. They are no longer required.
Now you will need to drill out the holes for where your gauges will go through, using your markings you made.
Now paint the clear plastic ... unless you like the see through effect 
Place your gauges in and fasten them to the back.
Now for the fun part, working out the wiring. These wires will give your gauges power at the same time your dash lights up (one turn away from ignition). If you dont want your gauges to light up when you turn your ignition key but would rather them to turn on when you turn your head lights on, im pretty sure you will use the same positive wire but use the wire directly above that for the negative. Im not a 100%, as i forgot to make a note of which ones did that as i wasnt interested at that point in time, but its easy to work. Just get a multi meter or a 12 volt light and connect it to all the different connections, (with your head lights on) until you get your 12 volts or for the light to turn on.
Then you will jsut need to connect you gauges in. It will be different in every case, it depends on what gauges you have etc. If you need help jsut ask.
Now you will be able to mount the gauges the same way they were before, only without the backing
Now it jsut a matter of putting the rest back, climate control and stereo etc.
Im not saying this is the best, recommended or the only way of doing this. Its just the way ive done it and im very happy with the result. Took me about two hours to do, dont try to rush anything just want to get it right.
