So... shes a 86' Turbo!

VG30ET
Black/Blue Two Tone (Bloody Nice)
Auto
Climate Control
Digital Dash
Dont know the K's yet...
Electric Everything
Lowered 1 1/2" with King Springs and KYB Shocks, with adjustable camber.
New Radiator
Catback exhaust to Xforce cannon muffler, which will be removed as I cant stand them. >.<

Bought her for a $1100... been sitting around for the last 4 months waiting for a miracle to happen, and sadly nothing has. But I now have enough money to hopefully get her running! Very Happy

Has no Air Con, much as it weighs a lot, this is Australia and I like to be cool.. so ill most likely chuck one back in. lol.

Needless to say, I'm incredibly excited.. Only problem that I have is, when it comes to this sorta thing I'm at a disadvantage because I dont have a lot of experience, but I'm here to learn & so thats what I'm gonna do. Smile

Would love to modify in some sort of way, but cos im a p plater, and the coppers loved me in my non turbo Z shes gonna have to stay relatively stock for a while. Sad

Gonna get a fairlady wheel off they guy I bought it from, hopefully that should keep the coppers happy along with myself.

PICS!

This is how dirty she was when I got her.

She turned out like this! Very Happy

Suspension...

Repainted valve covers...

Ill post some interior pics when I clean it up, its a total mess....  Rolling Eyes

I've had a pair of king srpings hanging around for some time now but have yet to install them ... well i did but it didnt turn out very well  Wink

To get enough negative camber how did you modify your rear suspension, was it the same way as this http://z31.com/mods/suspension/rearcamber.shtml ?

lol tell me about it ive lost count the number of times i have been pulled over. As soon as they see a sports car with p's and aren't affraid to accelerate at the lights they will either, pull you over and hope there is something they can book ya on OR they will follow you till you speed. Ive had a pig follow me for over 30min there was no way he just happened to be going the same way ... bloody pigs!  Evil or Very Mad

Cant say I can tell you anything about the suspension, it was already in there when I bought it.

She did clean up nicely, theres only 1 major spot that is bad on it, theres a chip maybe the size of a very small button lol, not all that bad when you think about it. Person who had it before took the side mouldings off so she looks a bit rooted, if I had the money I'd be going for a new paint job, I got a rough idea of how I want it, something like this. Razz

Had it pushed off the curb and she seemed pretty stiff, hopefully should be good. Smile

Yeah I got followed a lot in my NA Z, was a nice clean looking Z31 considering the age. I just sold it, got defected for the exhaust which just had a single muffler, 2 '1/2" with no cat, sounded awesome... Very loud. lol...

Heres a video of it I did a while back... Smile

Yeah it was $3,800... that was before the defect. Tried to get $1500 for it, and then $1200, but had to settle for $900. Sad

Nah its my original ad, I asked the person who bought it off me what he was gonna do with it, as he had a Z31 when he came to check it. He said it was gonna be his parts car, until he saw it... and then he said he most likely will fix it because its 100 times better then his looked haha! I could of gotten so much more for it if the cops left me alone.

I put the ad up, 2 weeks later on the Thursday got defected, that Friday I got my first phone call about the car with the $3,800 price tag. And after that I got 6 more for it. Was really fucking pissed off!!! :@
